As part of building our fan base we want to set out what you can expect from our service, once you know that, you can hold us to it. We just ask that if we meet your expectations and more, you introduce us to your friends…

To provide you, our customer with quality of service, clearly delivered, and clearly priced. Answering any of your questions in a timely manner, making sure you wait less and we deliver more.
Benchmark
- We aim to provide you with all documents, on time and complete.
- No client is more important than another, no matter what they pay, each can have access to us.
- Our fee will not have hidden costs, what you see in our proposals will be what you pay.
- Make sure all of what we do is plain and easy to read language.
- We hire friendly staff, and train them to be courteous and knowledgeable about our clients.
- To respond to all calls and emails, within 36 hours, even if we tell you that we don’t know the answer, but are looking.
- We will answer phone calls within 1 minute, if you have to wait we will call you back, using our phone bill not yours
- Our staff will be reliable, turning up on time, with all of the right paper work or demonstrations.
- Be smartly dressed and professional
- Everyone will receive this service, no discrimination or favouritism
